Roknodin Javadi ( fa, رکنالدین جوادی; born 1957) is an Iranian politician and business executive. He is a former CEO of National Iranian Oil Company and Deputy oil minister of iran and the Chairman of National Iranian South Oil Company. Javadi served as Managing Director of National Iranian Gas Export Company (NIGEC) during ex-president Mohammad Khatami Sayyid Mohammad Khatami ( fa, سید محمد خاتمی, ; born 14 October 1943) is an Iranian politician who served as the fifth president of Iran from 3 August 1997 to 3 August 2005. Abhar
Abhar ( fa, ابهر) is a city in the Zanjan Province of Iran. It has historically served as a place of importance due to lying right between the cities of Qazvin and Zanjan. Name "Abhar" is a combination of the words ''āb'' (water) and ''har'' (mill), due to the various water mills in the area. In the 10th-century geography book '' Hudud al-'Alam'', the name is spelt as "Awhar". Yaqut al-Hamawi (died 1229) likewise reports that the Persians called the city "Awhar".
