Roger Hazard
Roger Hazard (born April 27, 1959) is an American designer, television presenter, and producer best known as the home stager and designer on ''Sell This House''. Early life Born in Houston, Texas, Hazard attended Texas A&M University and was a member of the university's Corps of Cadets. He studied Horticulture and Architectural Design. Career Hazard originated the role of home stager and designer on A&E's ''Sell This House'' from its debut in 2003 through 2011. He has also starred on '' Move This House'' and contributed to ''Sell This House: Extreme'', both for A&E. In 2012, Hazard left A&E and, with husband Chris Stout, launched Roger + Chris, a furniture and home design company. That same year, the couple relocated from Austin, Texas, to Sharon Springs, New York Sharon Springs is a village in Schoharie County, New York, United States. Sell This House
''Sell This House'' is an American reality television series that premiered July 6, 2003 on A&E and May 18, 2020 on FYI. Host Tanya Memme and home stagers/interior designers Roger Hazard and Daniel Kucan help homeowners who are having trouble selling their houses. For its ninth season, the show's name was changed to ''Sell This House: Extreme'' and the format expanded to one hour, with the materials budget increased from $2,000 to $20,000. Construction expert Charlie Frattini and designer Daniel Kucan joined the cast after Hazard departed the show. Premise 2003-2011 In seasons 1 through 9, cameras were set up to record prospective buyers' reactions in a one-day open house, followed by Memme showing and discussing the comments with the homeowners. Texas A&M University Corps Of Cadets
The Texas A&M University Corps of Cadets (often The Corps of Cadets, or simply the Corps) is a student military organization at Texas A&M University. Established with the university in 1876, it is the oldest student organization on campus. Students who elect to join the Corps must participate in mandatory Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) courses and training for the first three semesters, but they are optional after that. All cadets are required to attend leadership classes in the School of Military Science coordinated by the Commandant's Office. Approximately 45 percent of the members of the Cadet Corps continue with the ROTC curriculum, contract with the military, and receive commissions as officers in the United States armed forces upon graduation.
