Rodreck Mutuma
Rodreck Mutuma (born 5 April 1988) is a Zimbabwean footballer currently playing with Saint-Éloi Lupopo in the Linafoot. He also plays for the Zimbabwe national team. Rodi, born in Mvuma. At Athens mine compound where he grew up. Early education at Njerere primary school and Leopold Takawira high school. Club Mutuma started his career with Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League side Dynamos in 2011. He stayed with Dynamos until 2013, when he joined South African Premier Soccer League club Bloemfontein Celtic. He made 14 appearances and scored two goals over two seasons for Bloem Celtic. In April 2014, it was claimed that Mutuma had rejoined former club Dynamos on a one-year contract after Bloem Celtic ended his contract. However, it was revealed in May that the South African club hadn't officially released him and therefore he couldn't be signed as a free agent for Dynamos. Mvuma
Mvuma, previously named 'Umvuma', is a small mining town in Midlands province in Zimbabwe. Located 192 km south of Harare along the Harare - Masvingo highway. Approx 100 km from Masvingo. Background The main employer was the Athens Mine (formerly the Falcon Mine) owned by Lonrho Zimbabwe which mined gold, silver, and copper. It was closed down around 1996 due to a mine shaft collapse and the low price of gold. One may still see a huge chimney, on top of a hill near the mine, built in 1913 and visible from miles away. The chimney is 40.28m tall. A Scotsman by the name of Blackie, the maternal grandfather of virologist Professor Robert 'Bob' Swanepoel, apparently played a major role in building this chimney. Population The population is estimated to be around 7000, and the town has an altitude of 1406m. The 2012 Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League season (known as the Castle Larger Premier Soccer League for sponsorship reasons) will be the thirty second season of the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League since its establishment in 1980. The season began on 31 March 2012. Dynamos are the defending champions, having won the previous 2011 Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League season. The season will feature 12 teams from the 2011 ZPSL season and four new teams promoted from the 2011 Zifa Division One League: Buffaloes, Harare City, Hardbody and Quelaton who replace relegated Kiglon, Masvingo United, Shooting Stars and Zimbabwe Saints. Maseru
Maseru is the capital and largest city of Lesotho. It is also the capital of the Maseru District. Located on the Caledon River, Maseru lies directly on the Lesotho–South Africa border. Bulawayo
Bulawayo (, ; Ndebele: ''Bulawayo'') is the second largest city in Zimbabwe, and the largest city in the country's Matabeleland region. The city's population is disputed; the 2022 census listed it at 665,940, while the Bulawayo City Council claimed it to be about 1.2 million.
