''Rock My World'' is the fifth music album by rock artist, Poison vocalist and reality television star Bret Michaels. This album is a greatest hits compilation featuring songs from his last two studio albums and also features three new tracks plus a remixed track. All the music heard during his reality television shows ''Rock of Love'' (2007) and ''Rock of Love 2'' (2008) is on the album. Release and promotion The album was originally expected to be released following the first season of ''Rock of Love'' but held back due to the second season. The album was released in June 2008 following the completion of the second season. The sold out solo tour began in April 2008. The album charted at #40 on the ''Billboard'' 200, #4 on the Top Independent Albums, #4 on the Top Hard Rock Albums and #16 on the Top Rock Albums chart. Bret Michael Sychak (born March 15, 1963), known professionally as Bret Michaels, is an American singer and musician. He gained fame as the frontman of rock band Poison who has sold over 50 million albums worldwide and 15 million records in the United States alone. The band has also charted 10 singles to the Top 40 of the ''Billboard'' Hot 100, including six Top 10 singles and a number-one single, "Every Rose Has Its Thorn". The second season of ''Rock of Love with Bret Michaels'' was confirmed by VH1 in October 2007. On December 8, 2007, VH1 started playing advertisements for ''Rock of Love 2 with Bret Michaels''. The second season premiered on January 13, 2008. Production and legal problems In April 2008 a breach-of-contract lawsuit was filed against both Michaels and the show's producers by the owner of the mansion, Ray Sahranavard. He claims that there was about $380,000 worth of damages done to the mansion, and that the producers failed to get insurance that they had previously promised to purchase for the house. Sahranavard stated that there were multiple holes in the walls and ceilings, the doors had been removed, and that almost the entire interior of the house had been repainted. "All I Ever Needed" is the first single released from Bret Michaels third studio album, ''Freedom of Sound''. The song is a duet with country music singer Jessica Andrews. It was released on October 9, 2004, where it debuted at #57 on the U.S. ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs chart. Music video The song features a music video, however, Andrews doesn't appear in it. ''Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels'' is the third season of ''Rock of Love with Bret Michaels'' and was confirmed by VH1's website in a blog on July 16, 2008. In the show, eligible women live on tour buses and travel with Bret Michaels, competing for his attention and affection. The show premiered on January 4, 2009. On December 29, 2008 it was announced Rock of Love Bus would be the final ''Rock of Love''.
