Robyn J. Blader
Robyn J. Blader is an American brigadier general in the Wisconsin Army National Guard and a practicing attorney in Wautoma, Wisconsin. Personal Blader is married to Edward Lucht. They have two children. Military career Blader originally enlisted in the United States Army Reserve. She later joined the Wisconsin Army National Guard and was commissioned an officer through the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps. After serving as a radio channel operator, she eventually joined the Military Police Company. Later, she became a judge advocate and eventually a military judge. From 2011 to 2012, Blader was deployed to serve in Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2018, she was named Assistant Adjutant General for Readiness and Training of the Wisconsin Army National Guard. Wautoma, Wisconsin
Wautoma is a city in Waushara County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 2,218 at the 2010 census. Wautoma is the county seat of Waushara County. The city consists of three noncontiguous areas: one is entirely within the Town of Wautoma, the second is entirely within the Town of Dakota, and the third straddles the boundary between the two towns. Wautoma calls itself the "Christmas tree capital of the world". The Kirk Company of Tacoma, Washington, operated the "Wautoma plantation" of more than of Christmas trees, beginning in 1953. On August 29, 1992, the town was struck by a half-mile wide F-3 tornado, killing 2 people, injuring 30 others, and causing over $5 million in damage. The Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal (MOVSM) is a military award which was created under Executive Order 12830 by George H. W. Bush on January 9, 1993. The medal was designed by the Institute of Heraldry and was first issued in December 1993. General information The MOVSM recognizes those members of the military (active duty, reserve and National Guard) who perform substantial volunteer service to the local community above and beyond the duties required as a member of the United States Armed Forces. Such volunteer service must be made in a sustained and direct nature towards the civilian community, must be significant in nature to produce tangible results, and must reflect favorably on the military service and the United States Department of Defense.
