Robin Hood F.C. is a association football, football club based in Pembroke Parish, Bermuda, that competes in the Bermudian Premier Division. History The club was founded in 1977 and players were registered in the local Robin Hood pub. They have been in the Premier Division after winning promotion from the First Division in summer 2014. They had spent only a year in the second tier after suffering relegation from the Premier Division the year before. Pembroke Parish
Pembroke Parish is one of the nine parishes of Bermuda. It is named after English aristocrat William Herbert, 3rd Earl of Pembroke (1580–1630). It occupies most of the short peninsula which juts from the central north coast of Bermuda's main island, and surrounds the city of Hamilton, Bermuda, Hamilton on three sides (the fourth being taken up by the shore of Hamilton Harbour, Bermuda, Hamilton Harbour). As such, its shape bears some passing resemblance to the county of Pembrokeshire in Wales. The peninsula juts into the eastern side of the Great Sound, Bermuda, Great Sound, the large expanse of water which dominates the geography of western Bermuda. Lejuan Simmons
Lejaun Perry Simmons (born 7 April 1993) is a striker who plays for Robin Hood and the Bermuda national football team. Career Lejaun Simmons started his career at major Bermudian side Devonshire Cougars, being in the youth team for 2 years before being promoted to the first team in 2011. In 2013 he began training with Ilkeston, after the English club developed a link-up with Bermuda Hogges in order to create a pathway to professional football for promising Bermudian players. During the 2013–14 season he made seven appearances for the club (six in the league), and also had loan spells with Mickleover Sports and Long Eaton United. He was still with the club in December 2014, however he did not make any appearances during the 2014–15 season. He had left the club by December 2015, returning to Bermuda with Robin Hood. Jaylon Bather (born 31 December 1992) is a Bermudian footballer who plays for PHC Zebras and the Bermuda national football team. Career College Bather attended Darton State College in 2011 and 2012, helping the team to a regional championship in the latter season.
