Robertsfors is a locality and the seat of Robertsfors Municipality in Västerbotten County, Sweden with 2,004 inhabitants in 2010. Robertsfors Municipality
Robertsfors Municipality () is a municipalities of Sweden, municipality in Västerbotten County in northern Sweden. Its administrative centre, seat is located in Robertsfors. History In 1759 the small village Edfastmark became Robertsfors Bruk. Västerbotten County ( sv, Västerbottens län) is a county or ''län'' in the north of Sweden. It shares the borders with the counties of Västernorrland, Jämtland, and Norrbotten, as well as the Norwegian county of Nordland and the Gulf of Bothnia. Frida Hyvönen
Frida Hyvönen (born Anna Frida Amanda Hyvönen; 30 December 1977) is a Swedish singer-songwriter. Personal life Hyvönen grew up in Robertsfors, located outside Umeå in the north of Sweden (which is also the hometown of her cousin Josephine Forsman's band ''Sahara Hotnights''). Her Finnish grandfather was from Rovaniemi. She moved to Stockholm in 1995. Between 2010 and 2012, she resided in Paris. Today, she shares her time between Stockholm and her house in Västerbotten. Career Hyvönen's first record, '' Until Death Comes'', was recorded at Stockholm's Atlantis Studios and co-produced with Jari Haapalainen of The Bear Quartet. History The band formed sometime around 1991/1992, "due to boredom". While in Australia, Josephine Forsman bet on a horse named Sahara Hotnights and used the name for the band. Around 1995, they won a "battle of the bands" contest and were awarded with a chance to record their songs in studio. Their debut EP, ''Suits Anyone Fine'', was released in 1997 to immediate success and critical acclaim in Europe. Soon afterwards, the band signed with the Swedish label Speech Records, and over the next two years released three further singles, "Face Wet", "Oh Darling!", and "Nothing Yet". Josephine Forsman
Josephine Forsman (born 20 May 1981, in Robertsfors) is a Swedish drummer/songwriter. She is one of the four founders of the rock band Sahara Hotnights. She was also the drummer of the hard rock band Casablanca. She has played behind Swedish artists like Robyn, Orup, Per Gessle. In 2012 she hosted the music series ''Låtarna som förändrade musiken'' where she interviewed and played drums/guitar with performers like Clyde Stubblefield, Tommy Ramone, Michelle Phillips. In addition to drumming with Sahara Hotnights Josephine Forsman is working with the music organization LOUD Program in Los Angeles. Jennifer Mulhern Granholm (born February 5, 1959) is a Canadian-American lawyer, educator, author, political commentator, and politician serving as the 16th United States secretary of energy since 2021.
