Roberto Narducci
Roberto Narducci (14 August 1887 – 10 February 1979) was an Italian architect and engineer of the Modern architecture, Modernist and Novecento Italiano, Novocento movements. Life Narducci was born in Rome, into a middle-class family. After receiving his technical 'licenzia' in 1903–04, he obtained a diploma in architectural decoration from the Arts and Industry Museum of Rome in 1909. In the same year he won a competition to become a designer for the Italian state railway company, Ferrovie dello Stato. From 1920-21 he enrolled in the three-year program at the Regia Scuola Superiori di Architettura, and from there he received his academic degree, degree in Civil Architecture in 1923. In 1930 passed the qualification Test (assessment), examination to become a practicing professional engineer. Viareggio railway station ( it, Stazione di Viareggio) serves the city and ''comune'' of Viareggio, in the region of Tuscany, central Italy. Opened in 1936, it forms part of the Pisa–La Spezia–Genoa railway, and is also a junction for a regional line to Florence. The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI). Train services to and from the station are operated by Trenitalia. Each of these companies is a subsidiary of Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), Italy's state-owned rail company. Thanks to its position, the station is the most significant one in the Province of Lucca. Verona Porta Nuova is the main railway station of Verona, Italy. It is one of the two stations serving central Verona; the other station, Verona Porta Vescovo, is located at the east of the city. It is situated at ''Piazzale XXV Aprile'' ("25 April") at the south of the city centre. The station is a 20-minute walk (approximately 1,5 km) or 10-minute bus ride from Arena di Verona. Roma Ostiense Railway Station
Roma Ostiense is a railway station in Piazza dei Partigiani serving the Ostiense district of Rome, Italy, a short distance from the Porta San Paolo. It is run by the Rete Ferroviaria Italiana arm of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane group and the urban rail lines FR1, FR3, and FR5 run through the station. It is linked with the Piramide Metro B station and the Roma Porta San Paolo station on the Rome-Lido railway line. History To commemorate the forthcoming visit of Adolf Hitler to Rome in 1938, the current Ostiense station was built, replacing an existing rural railway station, with the aim of creating a monumental station to receive the German dictator.
