Roberto Chen
Roberto Leandro Chen Rodríguez (born 24 May 1994) is a Panamanian professional footballer who plays as a central defender for Salvadoran club FAS. He is also capable of playing on the right side and is good with the ball at his feet. Club career Born in Isla Colón, Bocas del Toro, with Chinese heritage, Chen graduated from San Francisco's youth setup, and made his senior debuts in the 2010–11 campaign, aged only 17. On 3 August 2013 Chen signed a three-year deal with La Liga side Málaga for a $500,000 fee. He made his debut for the Andalusians on the 17th, starting and being booked in a 0–1 loss at Valencia. He played his second match only on 26 October, starting in a 0–5 home loss against Celta de Vigo. 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup
The 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup was the 12th CONCACAF Gold Cup competition and the 22nd CONCACAF regional championship overall in CONCACAF's fifty years of existence. The United States was the host nation. The competition began on 7 July 2013 at the Rose Bowl, and ended with the final on 28 July 2013 at Soldier Field, with the United States defeating Panama 1–0. In this edition of the Gold Cup, Mexico participated with an alternative squad due to the main players competing at the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup prior to the Gold Cup. Luis Moreno (born 19 March 1981) is a Panamanian football defender who last played for Tauro. He gained notoriety after violently kicking an injured barn owl that had landed on the pitch during a league match between Junior de Barranquilla and Deportivo Pereira. The barn owl died due to the kick. Club career Born in Panama City, "Lucho" Moreno began playing football with Venezuelan side Deportivo Italia. He was signed by first division club Tauro in 2001. He had a brief spell with Colombian side Envigado during 2005 and 2006, before returning to Tauro. Peruvian side Universitario de Deportes attempted to sign him in 2006, but he stayed with Tauro. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time.
