Robert Jewell
Robert Jewell (20 January 1920 – 10 May 1998) was an Australian actor who mostly worked as a Dalek or other robot operator on '' Doctor Who'' in the late 1960s, also playing a cameo as Bing Crosby in the serial ''The Daleks' Master Plan''. He later returned to Australia and played small recurring roles in ''Prisoner A prisoner (also known as an inmate or detainee) is a person who is deprived of liberty against their will. Previous to travelling to England, Robert Jewell was in many stage shows including 'Moomba' in Melbourne and also did skits in 'In Melbourne Tonight'. ''The Terrornauts'' is a 1967 British science fiction film produced by Amicus Productions. The film is based on '' The Wailing Asteroid'' by Murray Leinster, adapted for screen by John Brunner. Synopsis Project Star Talk is based at a UK radio telescope site; its mission is to listen for radio signals from other intelligences. Dr Joe Burke (Simon Oates) is the head of the project, assisted by his small team, consisting of electronics expert Ben Keller (Stanley Meadows) and office manager Sandy Lund (Zena Marshall). The Flying Doctors
''The Flying Doctors'' is an Australian drama TV series produced by Crawford Productions that revolves around the everyday lifesaving efforts of the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia, starring Andrew McFarlane as the newly arrived Dr. Tom Callaghan. The popular series ran for nine seasons and was successfully screened internationally. It was initially a 1985 mini-series based in the fictional outback town of Cooper's Crossing (set in the real life town of Minyip in north-western rural Victoria). The success of the mini-series led to its return the following year as an ongoing series with McFarlane being joined by a new doctor, Chris Randall, played by Liz Burch.
