Robert Bullock
Robert Bullock (December 8, 1828 – July 27, 1905) was an American state legislator and a United States representative from Florida. He was a brigadier general in the Confederate States Army during the American Civil War. Early life and career He was born in Greenville, North Carolina where he attended the common schools. He moved to Fort King, Florida in 1844 which was then a United States Government post, near the present city of Ocala, Florida. He taught in the first school in Sumter County, Florida. Seminole Uprising Bullock was commissioned by the Governor of Florida in 1856 as a captain to raise a mounted company of volunteers for the suppression of the Seminole uprising. The company was mustered into the service of the United States and served eighteen months, until the cessation of hostilities. Charles Merian Cooper
Charles Merian Cooper (January 16, 1856 – November 14, 1923) was an American attorney and politician who served as a U.S. Representative from Florida from 1893 until 1897. Early life and education Cooper was born on January 16, 1856, in Athens, Georgia. His father, Charles Phillip Cooper, served as a United States Treasury Department agent until the American Civil War, when he was appointed to help organize the Confederate States Treasury Department. In 1864, he and his family moved to Jacksonville, Florida in order to escape Union forces. Cooper studied law at Gainesville Academy, graduating in 1867. He was accepted into the Florida Bar in the same year, and began a private practice in St. Augustine, Florida. Political career In 1880, Cooper, a Democrat, was elected to the Florida House of Representatives, representing St. John's County. Charles Dougherty (Florida)
Charles Dougherty (October 15, 1850 – October 11, 1915) was an American Democratic politician. He was born in Athens, Georgia where he attended public schools. He also studied at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. He moved to Florida in 1871, settled near Port Orange, and engaged in planting. He served in the State house of representatives from 1877 until 1885, including as speaker in 1879. He was elected as a Democrat to United States House of Representatives for the Forty-ninth and Fiftieth Congresses (March 4, 1885 – March 3, 1889). He resumed agricultural pursuits before again becoming a member of the state house of representatives in 1891, 1892, 1911, and 1912. He served in the State senate from 1895 until 1898. Ezra (; he, עֶזְרָא, '; fl. 480–440 BCE), also called Ezra the Scribe (, ') and Ezra the Priest in the Book of Ezra, was a Jewish scribe (''sofer'') and priest (''kohen''). David John Haskins (born 24 April 1957, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England), better known as David J, is a British alternative rock musician, producer, and writer. He is the bassist for the gothic rock band Bauhaus and for Love and Rockets.
