Robert B. Bluey (born August 23, 1979) is an American conservative blogger and journalist. He is executive editor of The Heritage Foundation's ''The Daily Signal'', a multimedia news organization. Bluey is a former editor of ''Human Events''. He has written for ''The Daily Caller'', ''RedState'', Andrew Breitbart's ''Big Government'' and the ''Washington Examiner''. Early life and education Bluey was born in upstate New York and graduated from Ithaca College with a bachelor's degree in journalism. The Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (S. 2590) is an Act of Congress that requires the full disclosure to the public of all entities or organizations receiving federal funds beginning in fiscal year (FY) 2007. The websitUSAspending.govopened in December 2007 as a result of the act, and is maintained by the Office of Management and Budget. The Congressional Budget Office estimates S. 2590 will cost $15 million over its authorized time period of 2007–2011. Robert David Sanders Novak (February 26, 1931 – August 18, 2009) was an American syndicated columnist, journalist, television personality, author, and conservative political commentator. After working for two newspapers before serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, he became a reporter for the Associated Press and then for ''The Wall Street Journal''. He teamed up with Rowland Evans in 1963 to start ''Inside Report'', which became the longest running syndicated political column in U.S. history and ran in hundreds of papers.
