Robby Ray Stewart is a fictional character from the Disney Channel series ''Hannah Montana'', portrayed by Billy Ray Cyrus. Robby is the single father of Jackson Stewart (Jason Earles) and Miley Stewart (Miley Cyrus). "Lilly, Do You Want to Know a Secret?" is the television pilot, first episode of the Disney Channel situation comedy, sitcom series ''Hannah Montana''.
