King Robbo
King Robbo (born John Robertson, 23 October 1969 – 31 July 2014) was an English underground graffiti artist. His feud with the artist Banksy was the subject of a Channel 4 television documentary called ''Graffiti Wars'', first shown in August 2011. Early works Robbo painted his first train in 1985 and the ‘Merry Christmas’ train of 1988, a joint piece created with "Drax WD", receiving national coverage on ITV News and in ''The Independent'' newspaper. Peter Robertson (triathlete)
Peter John Robertson (born 17 February 1976 in Melbourne) is an Olympic athlete from Australia, who competes in triathlon. Robertson, who is also known as "Robbo", entered in his first triathlon at age 16 with his mates and became hooked on the sport. Robertson competed at the first Olympic triathlon at the 2000 Summer Olympics. He took thirty-fourth place with a total time of 1:51:39.04. He competed again four years later, at the 2004 Summer Olympics. This time, he placed twenty-fourth with a time of 1:55:44.36. In 2005, racing in Gamagōri, Japan, Robertson won his 3rd ITU World Championship, and has also placed 2nd at the World Championships twice. Rebbo
Rebbo or Horvat Rebbo (, lit. "Rebbo ruins"), alternative spellings: Robbo, Ribbo; in Arabic Khurbet Rubba (lit. "Rubba ruins"), is an ancient site in Israel, mentioned by Eusebius in his ''Onomasticon'' as possibly referring to a site by a similar name in the Book of Joshua. The site, which is now a ruin, sits on a hill above sea level, in the Shephelah region, and is now part of the Adullam-France Park, maintained by the Jewish National Fund (KKL). It lies about 1.5 km. to the west of Aderet as the crow flies, and about northeast of Beit Guvrin National Park. The site is quite extensive and contains tunnels believed to have been in use during the Bar Kokhba revolt. Tombs from the Second Temple period, agricultural features and cisterns (now covered with iron gratings) can be seen on the site. ''Robbo'' is a puzzle video game designed by Janusz Pelc and published by LK Avalon in 1989 for the Atari 8-bit family. A success on the Polish domestic market, it was later ported to other computer platforms and released in the United States as ''The Adventures of Robbo''. Gameplay The game's design was partly inspired by ''Boulder Dash'', but with the gravity aspect removed. The player controls the titular little robot through a series of planets (56 in the original Atari version), each being a vertically-scrolling maze filled with various objects and obstacles. The goal of each level is to collect a preset number of bolts scattered around (there could be extra bolts on the map, and bolts could also be acquired from random item generators), and then reach a capsule that takes the hero to the next planet. ''Robin and the 7 Hoods'' is a 1964 American musical film directed by Gordon Douglas and starring Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., and Bing Crosby. The picture features Peter Falk, Barbara Rush, and an uncredited Edward G. Robinson. Written by David R. Schwartz, the film reimagines the Robin Hood legend in a 1920s Chicago gangster setting. Gary Robson (darts Player)
Gary "Big Robbo" Robson (born 19 June 1967) is an English professional darts player who plays in World Darts Federation events. Robson now resides in the small rural village of Rothbury, Northumberland. Career Robson qualified twice for the World Championships, but was beaten in the first round on each occasion. He made it for a third time in 2004, but found himself 2–0 down in sets against Steve Coote. However, Robson recovered and took the match to a sudden death deciding leg, which he won. Bobby George commented that "you won't see browner darts in this tournament than that match". Robson had another excellent performance in losing to 'Silverback' Tony O'Shea in the second round. Robson's biggest tournament win so far was at the World Darts Trophy in Utrecht, Netherlands. Russell "Robbo" Robertson (born 24 November 1978) is a former professional Australian rules footballer, who last played for the Melbourne Football Club. Robertson is one of the Melbourne's great goalkickers, being one of just four players in the club's history to have led the goalkicking in four or more seasons. Paul Peter Robinson (born 14 December 1978) is an English former professional footballer who played as a left-sided defender. Also capable of playing at centre-back, he represented five clubs in the Premier League and Football League between 1996 and 2018. He was capped three times for the England under-21 team in 1999. Robinson began his professional career at Division Two side Watford in 1996, and made 252 appearances for the club, before moving to Division One side West Bromwich Albion in October 2003. Andrew Henry Robertson (born 11 March 1994) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a left-back for club Liverpool and captains the Scotland national team. Robertson began his senior career with Queen's Park in 2012 before joining Dundee United a year later. Michael Roberts (born 27 July 1959) is a former Australian rules footballer and now television sports journalist and reporter with the Nine Network and Triple M. Football career Roberts was recruited from Beaumaris, Victoria, and is the son of former St Kilda Football Club great Neil Roberts. He made his debut with St Kilda in 1978, and went on to play 77 games and kick 45 goals until 1985. He then moved to the Richmond Football Club for one season in 1986, playing only 12 games and 4 goals. He made his final move to the Fitzroy Football Club for 1987, where he managed only 2 games and 1 goal. Roberts also represented Victoria in 1981.
