Robbie Horgan
Robbie Horgan (born 7 June 1968) is an Irish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Career Born in Dublin, Horgan started his career at Shamrock Rovers, making his League of Ireland debut on 14 April 1987. He was the last goalkeeper to play for Shamrock Rovers at Glenmalure Park (Milltown) in a game that decided the League of Ireland B Division title in 1987. He then moved to Drogheda United in 1988 making his debut on 4 September in a 2–1 home win over Bray Wanderers. He kept 12 clean sheets in 26 league games as Drogheda won the League of Ireland First Division title in 1989. In the 1990/1991 season Horgan kept 15 clean sheets as Drogheda again won the First Division. After four and a half years at United Park he then moved to Shelbourne in November 1992. The 2012 League of Ireland Cup, also known as the 2012 EA Sports Cup, is the 39th season of the Irish football knockout competition. A total of 22 teams entered the 2012 competition. Shamrock Rovers Football Club ( ga, Cumann Peile Ruagairí na Seamróige) is an Irish association football club based in Tallaght, South Dublin. The Leinster Senior Cup is an association football cup competition organized by the Leinster Football Association. Mick Cooke (born 14 August 1951) is an Irish association football manager and former player. Playing career A former youths international Cooke played in the qualifiers for Republic of Ireland national under-19 football team in the 1970 UEFA European Under-18 Football Championship. An inside left he started his career at St Patrick's Athletic F.C. He then moved to Drogheda United scoring 8 league goals in four seasons and was their top scorer in 1972/73. He played in both games of the 1971 FAI Cup Final as Drogheda lost in the replay to Limerick. Tallaght Stadium ( ga, Staid Thamhlachta) is an association football stadium in the Republic of Ireland based in Tallaght, South Dublin.
