Rob Schmidt Barracano (born September 25, 1965) is an American filmmaker. His film credits include '' Wrong Turn'' and ''Crime and Punishment in Suburbia''. He also created a pilot called American Town for Twentieth Century Fox. He directed a ''Masters of Horror'' episode called "Right to Die". His thriller ''The Alphabet Killer'', which reunited him with Eliza Dushku (''Wrong Turn''), Martin Donovan ("Right to Die"), and Michael Ironside (''Crime and Punishment in Suburbia''), was picked up for international distribution by New Films International. Slippery Rock is a borough in Butler County, Pennsylvania. The population was 3,081 at the 2020 census. Slippery Rock is included in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. It is home to Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, attended by nearly 9,000 students as a member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. The post office for Slippery Rock Township was established in 1826 in the Ginger Hill area. The town of Ginger Hill was incorporated as a borough under the name Centreville in 1841, later changing its name to Slippery Rock in 1896. ''Fear Itself'' is an American horror-suspense anthology television series. It debuted on NBC on June 5, 2008, but was pulled from the air after late July 2008, with five episodes remaining unaired by NBC. On March 13, 2009, it was confirmed that the series had been canceled and would not return to NBC. Production and development Its title is derived from the famous Franklin D. Michael Ironside
Frederick Reginald Ironside (born February 12, 1950), known as Michael Ironside, is a Canadian actor, producer, director, and screenwriter. He is known for playing villains and "tough guy" heroes, and has also portrayed sympathetic characters. Early life Ironside was born in Toronto, Ontario, the son of Robert Walter Ironside and Patricia June Ironside (' Passmore). His father was a street lighting technician and laborer and his mother a housewife. He is of English, Irish and Scottish descent, and is one of five children. Ironside attended the Ontario College of Art in Toronto and at age 15 wrote a play, ''The Shelter'', which won the first prize in a university contest.
