Rob Kendrick (actor)
Rob Kendrick (born 12 September 1985) is an English actor and musician. His father was the comedian Christopher Feltrup, and his mother the choreographer Elizabeth Kendrick. He is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Travis in '' Sugartown'', Ollie in After Hours and Nick Harrison in ''The Syndicate''. Born in Rotherham, his family moved to Southport. He trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in Cardiff where he received a university degree in acting. He is also a fully qualified dance teacher with the International Dance Teachers Association. He lives with his wife Sydney Rae White. Theatre Kendrick has performed with the NYMT, at the Globe, at West End theatres, with such ballet companies as the English National Ballet and the Birmingham Royal Ballet. He has also performed in musicals, taking the role of Jimmy in the UK tour of Quadrophenia. He is part of the Squat Collective, a company set up to produce original work within site-specific spaces. Rotherham
Rotherham () is a large minster and market town in South Yorkshire, England. The town takes its name from the River Rother which then merges with the River Don. The River Don then flows through the town centre. It is the main settlement of the Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham. Rotherham is also the third largest settlement in South Yorkshire after Sheffield and Doncaster, which it is located between. Traditional industries included glass making and flour milling. Most around the time of the industrial revolution, it was also known as a coal mining town as well as a contributor to the steel industry. The town's historic county is Yorkshire. ''After Hours'' is a 2015 comedy drama broadcast in November 2015 on British broadcaster Sky 1. It is directed by Craig Cash, produced by Jellylegs and stars Jaime Winstone, Ardal O'Hanlon and John Thomson. It was written by Molly Naylor and John Osborne and is the first script they wrote for television. The theme tune was recorded by Babyshambles and is a cover of the Velvet Underground song "After Hours". ''Quadrophenia'' is a stage musical based on the sixth studio album by English rock band The Who, released on 19 October 1973, and a film of the same name, released in 1979. The album was the group's second full-length rock opera, and the story reveals social, musical and psychological events from an English teenager's perspective. The music and songs were composed by Pete Townshend and the story is set in London and Brighton in 1964 and '65. Birmingham Royal Ballet
Birmingham Royal Ballet (BRB) is one of the five major ballet companies of the United Kingdom, alongside The Royal Ballet, the English National Ballet, Northern Ballet and Scottish Ballet.
