Geography Riverview is located in south-central Escambia County at (31.058641, -87.056688), on the south side of the Conecuh River. It is south of the city of Brewton and is bordered to the south by the Brewton Municipal Airport. Alabama State Route 41 passes through the town, leading north into Brewton and south to the Florida state line. Milton, Florida, is to the south of Riverview. State Route 41 (SR 41) is a state highway in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Alabama. The southern terminus of the highway is at the Florida state line near Dixonville in Escambia County, where the roadway continues as Florida State Road 87 (SR 87). Brewton Municipal Airport
Brewton Municipal Airport is a city-owned public-use airport located south of the central business district of Brewton, a city in Escambia County, Alabama, United States. Originally constructed by the U.S. Navy during World War II as an auxiliary field to the Naval Air Station Pensacola complex, it was later redesignated as Navy Outlying Landing Field (NOLF) Brewton before being conveyed to the city of Brewton as a public use facility. Although under civilian ownership, the airfield still functions concurrently as NOLF Brewton and is used by Navy training aircraft located at Naval Air Station Whiting Field, Florida.
