No Angels are an all-female Pop music, pop group from Germany, formed in 2000. Originally a quintet, consisting of band members Nadja Benaissa, Ludmilla Diakovska, Lucy Diakovska, Sandy Mölling, Vanessa Petruo, and Jessica Wahls, they originated on Popstars (German season 1), the debut season of Popstars (German TV series), the German adaptation of the talent series ''Popstars'' and were one of the first talent show, television-cast acts to achieve sustainable success throughout Central Europe in the early 2000s. Jessica Martina Wahls (born 2 February 1977), also known under her nickname Jess, is a German pop singer and television host, who rose to fame as one of the founding members of the successful all-female pop band No Angels, the " biggest-selling German girlband to date", according to the German media. "Disappear" is a song recorded by all-female German pop group No Angels, taken from ''Destiny Reloaded'' (2008), the reissue of their fourth studio album. It was written by Norwegian singer-songwriter Hanne Sørvaag along with Danish musicians Remee and Thomas Troelsen, the latter of which also handled production on the track. The Eurovision Song Contest 2008 was the 53rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Belgrade, Serbia, following the country's victory at the with the song "Molitva" by Marija Šerifović.
