ﾃ］gel Franco (born 31 May 1958) is a Paraguayan professional golfer. His brother is golfer Carlos Franco. Franco was born in Asunciﾃｳn and turned pro in 1974. Roberto De Vicenzo (14 April 1923 窶 1 June 2017) was a professional golfer from Argentina. He won a record 229 professional tournaments worldwide during his career, including seven on the PGA Tour and most famously the 1967 Open Championship. He is perhaps best remembered for signing an incorrect scorecard that kept him out of a playoff for the 1968 Masters Tournament. Biography De Vicenzo was born on 14 April 1923 in Villa Ballester, a northern suburb of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Leopoldo Ruiz (7 August 1926 窶 10 May 1986) is an Argentine professional golfer. He tied for fifth place in the 1958 Open Championship and tied for ninth the following year. Vicente Fernﾃ｡ndez (born 5 April 1946) is an Argentine golfer who has won more than 60 professional tournaments around the world. Fernﾃ｡ndez was born in Corrientes, Argentina. He turned professional in 1964 and was a regular competitor on the European Tour from the mid-1970s to the mid-1990s. He won four titles on the tour and had two top ten Order of Merit finishes, placing 6th in 1974 and 9th in 1975. He was sixteenth on the Order of Merit in 1992 at the age of 46. Fidel de Luca (29 April 1922 – 6 June 2007) was an Argentine professional golfer. Born in San Isidro, Buenos Aires, he worked as a caddie in Buenos Aires, before turning professional in 1948. De Luca won the Argentine Professional Ranking nine times, but only competed in three major championships, appearing twice in the British Open, in 1958 and 1960, and once in the Masters Tournament in 1962. In 1958, on the European circuit, he won the German Open, and finished fourth in French Open. Horacio Carbonetti (born 17 November 1947) is an Argentine professional golfer. He is the brother of golfer Luis Carbonetti. Carbonetti was born in Rﾃｭo Cuarto, Cﾃｳrdoba. He won multiple amateur tournaments, mostly in Argentina. In 1976, he lost by playoff the Simon Bolivar Cup Professional Championship in Venezuela. He turned professional in 1977. In his debut tournament as a professional, Carbonetti was second at the Metropolitan Open behind Florentino Molina in 1977. In 1980, he shot a 64 in the second round of The Open Championship, at Muirfield, setting a new course record. Luis Guillermo Carbonetti (born 23 April 1953) is an Argentine professional golfer. He is the brother of golfer Horacio Carbonetti. Carbonetti was born in Rﾃｭo Cuarto, Cﾃｳrdoba. As an amateur, he played on five Eisenhower Trophy teams and won the individual title twice (1982 and 1984). He turned pro in 1984. Carbonetti won the Argentine Tour Order of Merit in 1985 and Cordoba Tour Order of Merit 2002. He also played on the European Tour in the 1980s and 1990s. Gustavo Rojas (golfer)
Gustavo Rojas (born 28 September 1967) is an Argentine professional golfer. Rojas was born in Buenos Aires. He turned professional in 1984. He has had his greatest success in South America on the various Argentine tours and the regional Tour de las Amﾃｩricas. In 2002, he was tied with ﾃ］gel Cabrera in the Argentine PGA Championship after 54 holes, but torrential rain meant that the final round was cancelled and the two shared the title. Rojas has played on the European Tour and its development tour, the Challenge Tour, since 1999. He has struggled to establish himself at the highest level, and has often had to return to the tours qualifying school. His best tournament finishes on the elite tour have been a pair of joint 5th places at the 2000 BMW International Open and the 2001 Via Digital Open de Espaﾃｱa.
