Qian Lin
Qian Lin (born March 11, 1991), better known in Japan as , is a Chinese singer. She is a former Morning Musume member and leader of the Hello! Project sub-group Shin Minimoni. She was announced to be joining as the eighth generation of Morning Musume on March 15, 2007. Along with Li Chun, she is one of the only two members in the history of Morning Musume that are of non-Japanese origin. Biography Linlin was born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Rinrin & Ranran (Japanese:, also romanized as ''Lingling & Langlang'' or ''Linlin & Lanlan''; known in Hong Kong as the Lokka Sisters, Chinese:; b. January 3, 1959), were a musical duo in Japan and Hong Kong that were active in Japan during the 1970s. The duo was born as Letilia and Katherine Barber and were twins. They debuted in Japan in April 1974 with the single ''"Koi no Indian Ningyou"'' (Indian Doll of Love). The single peaked at #27 on the Oricon chart list and sold over 84,000 copies. Rin Rin the tadpole (Spanish: ''Rin Rin Renacuajo''), also known as the tripping tadpole (''El renacuajo paseador'') (1884) is a stock character created by Colombian poet Rafael Pombo. It is still reprinted in compilations of children stories and nursery rhymes. History Rin Rin the tadpole represents the stereotype of the self-assured youth, never listening to his elders. He is depicted in an aristocratic dandy fashion ("With short pants, a stylish necktie, hat with ribbons and a wedding frock coat").
