Al Rinker
Al Rinker (December 20, 1907 – June 11, 1982) was an American musician who began his career as a teen performing with Bing Crosby in the early 1920s in Spokane, Washington. In 1925 the pair moved to Los Angeles, eventually forming the Rhythm Boys trio with Harry Barris. Biography Barris wrote the songs "Mississippi Mud", "I Surrender, Dear", and " Wrap Your Troubles in Dreams". The singing group worked with Paul Whiteman's Big Band for three years. They went out on their own for a year until Crosby effectively dissolved the group to go solo. The Rhythm Boys were filmed for the movie ''King of Jazz'' (1930) singing "Mississippi Mud", "So the Bluebirds and the Blackbirds Got Together", "A Bench in the Park", and "Happy Feet". According to a filmed interview of Rinker, Crosby performed the first two weeks on his first film while on daytime work release from jail after crashing his car into a telephone pole while driving drunk. Laurie Rinker
Laurie Anne Rinker (born September 28, 1962) is an American professional golfer who played on the LPGA Tour in the 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s. Amateur career Rinker was born and raised in Stuart, Florida. She attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where she played for coach Mimi Ryan's Florida Gators women's golf team from 1980 to 1982. She was recognized as an All-American in 1980 and 1982, and qualified for the LPGA Tour in the summer between her junior and senior year of college. She completed her education by traveling to the University of Florida during off weeks, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance in 1983. Professional career Rinker's best years in professional golf came in the mid-1980s, and included two LPGA Tour wins: the 1984 Boston Five Classic and the 1986 LPGA Corning Classic. Lee Rinker
Lee Cross Rinker (born November 10, 1960) is an American professional golfer. Rinker was born in Stuart, Florida. He played college golf at the University of Alabama and turned professional in 1983 Rinker joined the PGA Tour in 1983, but struggled to keep his card. His best year came in 1997, when he finished second twice, and made nearly $500,000. However, his struggles continued, and he has not made a cut on the PGA Tour since 1999. He has played on the Nationwide Tour for many years. In November 2010, he earned his 2011 Champions Tour card by finishing second at qualifying school. Rinker's brother, Larry, and his sister, Laurie, are also professional golfers. Sister-in-law Kelli, wife of older brother Laine, was also on the LPGA Tour. Mom Rinker's Rock
Mom Rinker's Rock is a scenic outlook in Wissahickon Valley Park along the Wissahickon Creek in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located on a ridge on the eastern side of the park just a little north of the Walnut Lane Bridge, close by the statue dedicated to Toleration. Rinka Falls (; sl, slap Rinka) is a waterfall in the Logar Valley, in the Municipality of Solčava in northern Slovenia. It is the source of the Savinja River. It has been proclaimed a natural heritage feature. Rinka Falls is one of the most beautiful and best-known waterfalls in Slovenia. It is also a popular tourist destination. With its drop of , it is the highest of the 20 waterfalls in the Logar Valley. The longest step has a length of . It is visited in all seasons of the year. In the winter it is popular with ice-climbers. The best view of the waterfall is from Kamnik Saddle ().
