Tatar ( or ) is a Turkic languages, Turkic language spoken by Volga Tatars, Tatars mainly located in modern Tatarstan (European Russia), as well as Siberia. Rinat Ibragimov (judoka)
Rinat Ibragimov (born 7 May 1986 in Guryev, Kazakh SSR) is a Kazakhstani judoka (practitioner of the Japanese martial art of judo). He competed in the men's 73 kg event at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics. At the 2008 Olympics, he lost his first match to Wang Ki-chun. Because Wang went on to the final, Ibragimov competed in the repechage, where he lost to Shokir Muminov. The Toronto Maple Leafs (officially the Toronto Maple Leaf Hockey Club and often referred to as the Leafs) are a professional ice hockey team based in Toronto. Rinat Valiev (born May 11, 1995) is a Russian professional ice hockey defenceman who is currently playing under contract with Admiral Vladivostok of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Valiev was selected in the third round (68th overall) of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft by the Toronto Maple Leafs. Rinat Matatov ( he, רינת מטטוב; born 6 August 1981) is an Israeli actress. Winner of the Theatre Academy Award. Matatov was born in Kokand, Uzbekistan, to a father who worked as an engineer and a mother who worked as a nurse. In 1990, the Matatov family immigrated to Israel and has been living in the center of the country ever since. Rinat Mukatdisovich Mardanshin (russian: Ринат Мукатдисович Марданшин; December 24, 1963 – January 19, 2005) was a Russian motorcycle speedway rider of Tatar ethnicity, who rode in the 2001 Speedway World Cup for Russia. He was a multi-medalist of the Russian Championships. He died, on 19 January 2005, at the age of 41, during a routine operation to remove metalwork from his shoulder. Rinat Kedem (born 5 December 1965) is an American mathematician and mathematical physicist. Kedem graduated in 1988 with BA in physics from Macalester College. She received her PhD in physics in 1993 from Stony Brook University (the State University of New York at Stony Brook) with thesis advisor Barry M. McCoy. She was a postdoc from 1993 to 1995 at Kyoto University's Research Institute for Mathematical Sciences (RIMS), from 1995 to 1996 at the University of Melbourne, and from 1996 to 1997 at the University of California, Berkeley.
