Rima Bishwokarma ( ne, रिमा विश्वकर्मा; also spelled Reema) is a Nepalese actress and media personality. She was born on 5 August 1987 in Panauti Municipality Kavre, Nepal. Rima did her first screen time when she was in grade 6 or 7 hosting a TV program “Jada Jadye” at an early age. Education She did her Lower-secondary schooling from Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute, but completed her SLC from Navaratna Secondary School. Recently, she is doing a bachelor third year in Mass Communication from Pinnacle Academy. Career Before starting her acting career, she had worked as a VJ for Nepal Television and a newscaster for National TV. She started her acting career from the music video Jindagibhar Saath Dinchhu Bhannele by Chris KC, who now has acted in more than 100 Nepali music videos. Nepal Idol ( ne, नेपाल आइडल ) is a Nepali reality television singing competition that is part of the ''Idols'' franchise created and owned by FremantleMedia. Nepal Idol 2017 is the first season of Idol Franchise in Nepal which aired on AP1 TV. In the first season, audition were held at seven cities; Nepalgunj, Butwal, Narayangarh, Birgunj, Biratnagar, Pokhara and Kathmandu. Contestants aged 16 to 30 years of age are allowed to participate. ''Mero Voice Universe'' is a Nepali-language singing reality show created by Intra-National Welfare and Support Foundation of America. It is broadcast on Nepal Television. Background Mero Voice Universe is directed by Aleen Shrestha, and is Nepal's first international reality show. The show features Nepali-speaking contestants from all over the world. There are contestants from over 52 countries. The show started on May 3, 2023, and it features six judges. Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute (S.V.I), in Balaju, Kathmandu, is an academic institution of Nepal. It runs from primary school level to secondary high school up to university level courses. History and founders Bhuwan Lal Joshi and Vijaynandan Joshi founded Vanasthali Vidyashram in 1951 jointly.
