Rik Van De Westelaken
Rik van de Westelaken (born 22 April 1971) is a Dutch television presenter. He is known for presenting television programs which include the ''NOS Journaal'', ''Peking Express'' and ''Wie is de Mol? (Dutch TV series), Wie is de Mol?''. Other programs include ''Rik over de Grens'' and ''5 Gold Rings, 5 Golden Rings''. Career He appeared as news presenter in the 2008 film ''Summer Heat (2008 film), Summer Heat'' and as himself in the 2009 film ''Spion van Oranje''. , he presents the current affairs television programme ''EenVandaag''. In 2019, he succeeded Art Rooijakkers as presenter of the popular television show ''Wie is de Mol? (Dutch TV series), Wie is de Mol?''. NOS Journaal
NOS Journaal is the umbrella name for the news broadcasts of the Dutch public broadcaster NOS on radio and television. The division of the NOS responsible for gathering and broadcasting the news is known as ''NOS Nieuws'', and is based at the Media Park in Hilversum; the NOS also has fully equipped radio and television studios in The Hague, from which political programmes are often produced. Wie Is De Mol? (Dutch Season 21)
The twenty-first season of the Dutch TV series ''Wie is de Mol?'' ("Who is the Mole?") aired on 2 January 2021. This was the fourth season with Rik van de Westelaken as host. The location of the season was the Czech Republic. The candidates and the location were announced on 21 December 2020 in a special television episode of the aftershow ''Moltalk''. The season premiered on 2 January 2021. With the socially distanced Live Reunion on 6 March 2021, which saw Roxanne "Rocky" Hehakaija win based on time against fellow finalist, Charlotte Nijs, to successfully unmask actress Renée Fokker as the Mole of 2021. ''Wie is de Mol?'' (''English'': ''Who is the Mole?'') is a Dutch adventure reality game show. It is based on the Belgian reality game show '' De Mol'', the original version of the format created in 1998 by Woestijnvis and broadcast on VRT. Format ''Wie is de Mol?'' is a reality television competition involving 10 candidates. These candidates travel to a foreign country where they have to complete assignments to earn money to fill the prize pot. However, one of the participants is the Mole. The mole's goal is to sabotage the assignments and cause the other candidates to fail and to keep the total amount of money in the pot as low as possible. The candidates were announced on 26 November 2022. The season was filmed in South Africa. The 13th season was also filmed in South Africa, making the 2023 season the second time the show revisits a country.The candidates visited Australia during the 1999 and 2005 seasons. The twenty-second season of the Dutch TV series ''Wie is de Mol?'' ("Who is the Mole?") aired on 1 January 2022. This was the fifth season with Rik van de Westelaken as host. The candidates were announced on 28 August 2021 in a livestream on the ''Wie is De Mol'' website, during a live assignment in the first round of the season. During the livestream, candidates also had to appeal to the public stating that they are not the mole. The least suspected candidate would receive two exemptions, all before the first execution of the season. On 15 November 2021, the location was revealed as Albania on the show's social media accounts. The season premiered on 1 January 2022. ''Wie is de Mol? Renaissance'' is a special anniversary season of the Dutch TV series ''Wie is de Mol?'' ("Who is the Mole?"). This All Star edition was announced at the end of the Season 20 finale and in celebration of the series reaching its twentieth season. The season took place in the region of Tuscany in Italy. This is the seventh season to have been filmed in Europe, following, Scotland in Season 2, Portugal in Season 3, Northern Ireland in Season 9, Iceland and Spain in Season 12, and Georgia in Season 18, respectively. Art Rooijakkers
Art Rooijakkers (born 29 August 1976) is a Dutch television presenter. He is best known as the presenter of the popular television show ''Wie is de Mol?'' from 2012 to 2018. Career In 2011, Rooijakkers presented the Dutch version of the game show '' Fort Boyard'', alongside Dutch radio DJ Gerard Ekdom. In the same year, he also participated as candidate in the popular television show ''Wie is de Mol?''. He won the show by identifying the mole (Patrick Stoof) and he went on to present the show himself from 2012 to 2018.
