Charles Billingsley (musician)
Charles Billingsley (born January 7, 1970 in Clovis, NM) is a Preacher, christian singer, worship leader, songwriter, speaker and author. Career Billingsley began his solo career the day after he graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 1992. After two years, he joined the contemporary Christian music group NewSong. In 1994, they released ''People Get Ready'' featuring "Arise My Love." That album had four number one hits. After two years with NewSong, Charles left to pursue a solo career, averaging 200 concerts a year. In 2002 Billingsley became the worship pastor at Thomas Road Baptist Church, as well as the artist-in-residence at Liberty University. Contemporary Christian Music

History ''CCM'' was first published in July 1978, as a printed magazine. It has been owned by Salem since 1999. On January 16, 2008, Salem announced that the April 2008 issue would be the final printed issue of the magazine, which would continue in an online-only format. When the magazine was first published, it was called ''Contemporary Christian Music'' and covered that music genre. San Juan Capistrano (Spanish for "St. John of Capistrano") is a city in Orange County, California, located along the Orange Coast. The population was 34,593 at the 2010 census.
