Ride (Loreen Album)
''Ride'' is the second studio album by Swedish recording artist Loreen. The album was released on 24 November 2017 through BMG, five years after her debut album '' Heal''. The album also follows an EP titled '' Nude'', released in August 2017. Two singles were released from the album: "71 Charger" (released on 29 September 2017) and "Hate the Way I Love You" (released on 27 October 2017). Background The album was recorded from 2014 through to 2017 going through many stages. In 2014, Loreen stated about the album "It's completely different. There are a lot of hip-hop influences. I create based on how I feel. Right now I'm in a period where there is an aggressive touch to the music." Lorine Zineb Nora Talhaoui, known professionally as Loreen (; ar, لورين زينب نورا طلحاوي; born 16 October 1983) is a Swedish multi-genre singer, songwriter and record producer. Representing Sweden, she won the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku, with her entry "Euphoria". The song reached number one in many European countries, including Germany and Sweden. Interested in becoming a musician, Loreen took part in the ''Idol 2004'' television competition, finishing fourth. The following year she released her first single, "The Snake", with the band Rob'n'Raz and became a television presenter on TV400. Vasateatern or ''"Vasan"'' (English: ''Vasa Theatre'') is a private theatre in Stockholm, Sweden. It is located at Vasagatan 19–21 in central Stockholm.
