''Rick and Morty Go to Hell'' is a limited series graphic novel, written by Ryan Ferrier, illustrated by Constanza Orozo, and colored by Sarah Stern, which was published in five parts in 2020 by Oni Press, as an epilogue to '' The Rickoning'', the twelfth and final volume of the first ongoing comic series based on the franchise by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon, while also serving as an alternate reality sequel to the television series episode "Something Ricked This Way Comes" by Mike McMahan. Oni Press
Oni Press is an American independent comic book and graphic novel publisher based in Portland, Oregon. In 2019, it became an imprint label following the company's merger with Lion Forge Comics. The merged company, Oni–Lion Forge Publishing Group (OLFPG), is owned by Polarity. Oni Press has remained the "predominant name used for publishing comics" by OLFPG. Overview The company name derives from ''oni'', the word for the ogre demons popular in Japanese folklore. Mike McMahan
Mike McMahan is an American comedy writer and television producer. He is the creator of the animated comedies ''Solar Opposites'' (with Justin Roiland) and '' Star Trek: Lower Decks''. Career McMahan, a native of Chicago, first worked in production as an assistant at The Second City.
