Richard Eyre (priest)
Richard Montague Stephens Eyre (16 May 1929 – 12 December 2012) was an Anglican priest. He was the Dean of Exeter from 1981 to 1995. Eyre was educated at Charterhouse School and Oriel College, Oxford. He was ordained as an Anglican priest in 1957 Crockford’s 1975-76 Lambeth, Church House, 1975 and began his ministry as a curate at St Mark's Portsea, Portsmouth. After this, he was a tutor at Chichester Theological College then a chaplain at Eastbourne College. From 1965 to 1973, he was the Vicar of Arundel Arundel ( ) is a market town and civil parish in the Arun District of the South Downs, West Sussex, England. The much-conserved town has a medieval castle and Roman Catholic cathedral. Who's Who
''Who's Who'' (or ''Who is Who'') is the title of a number of reference publications, generally containing concise biography, biographical information on the prominent people of a country. The title has been adopted as an expression meaning a group of notable persons. The oldest and best-known is the annual publication ''Who's Who (UK), Who's Who'', a reference work on contemporary prominent people in Britain published annually since 1849. In addition to legitimate reference works, some ''Who's Who'' lists involve the selling of "memberships" in fraudulent directories that are created online or through instant publishing services. AARP, the University at Buffalo and the Government of South Australia have published warnings of these ''Who's Who'' scams.
