Richard Dragon
Richard Dragon (or simply Dragon) is the alias of two fictional, comic book characters appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Although both incarnation differ in alignment, they're portrayed as extremely accomplished martial artists with connections to the League of Assassins. The first incarnation, Richard Drakunovski, was created by Dennis O'Neil and Jim Berry (cartoonist), James R. Berry in the novel ''Kung Fu Master, Richard Dragon: Dragon's Fists'' (1974) under the pseudonym "Jim Dennis". O'Neil later adapted the character for DC Comics in the comic book ''Richard Dragon, Kung Fu Fighter''. A thief who was trained in martial arts and decided to use his skills for good, the character is considered one of DC Comic's premier martial artist in the DC Universe alongside peers such as Bronze Tiger and Lady Shiva. Scott McDaniel
Scott McDaniel (born 1965) is an American comics artist who has drawn numerous books, including Marvel Comics' " Fall from Grace" storyline for the '' Daredevil'' series. Notable artwork for DC Comics include a long run on '' Batman'' as regular penciller, '' Nightwing'', ''Richard Dragon'', and most recently '' Green Arrow''. Biography Early life and career McDaniel was born in 1965 in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was an avid fan of superheroes, and his mother would buy him stacks of comics from flea markets. He learned to draw from all those old comics. McDaniel graduated from the Penn Hills Senior High School in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania. After graduation Scott wanted to be a surgeon, and attended Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, where his father's heart surgeon studied. He was enrolled as a Pre-Med student until the day he walked into Inorganic Chemistry and saw a 4-foot-long Schrödinger Wave equation scrawled on the chalk board. At that moment ...
