Ricardo Vilana
Ricardo Gomes Vilana (born 18 July 1981) is a retired Brazilian footballer. Career Unirea Urziceni He was brought to Urziceni by his brother-in-law, Alex Leandro who was playing there. Ricardo won the 2008–09 Liga I edition with Unirea Urziceni, under the coaching of Dan Petrescu. He was also part of the team which played in the 2009–10 UEFA Champions League group stage. Steaua București In August 2010 he signed a contract with Steaua București alongside teammates from Unirea Urziceni: Galamaz, Marinescu, Apostol, Bilaşco, Onofraş and Brandán. On 4 September 2010 he made his Liga II debut for Steaua II București against Juventus București, Steaua II won, 1–0 with his goal. On 26 September 2010 he made his Liga I debut for Steaua București. The Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1, is a Romanian professional league for men's association football clubs. Currently sponsored by betting company Superbet, it is officially known as the SuperLiga. It is the country's top football competition, being contested by 16 clubs which take part in a promotion and relegation system with the Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table. The Liga I was established in 1909 and commenced play for the 1909–10 campaign, being currently on the 29th place in UEFA's league coefficient ranking list. The Liga 2, most often spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07. It is currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by Casa Pariurilor, a betting company with the official name Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor. Format Divisions Since its inception in 1934, Liga II had between 2 and 9 parallel divisions, with clubs divided based on geographic regions. Generally, Seria I included eastern teams while Seria II included western sides, although clubs near the center of the country are allowed to choose in which series they will compete. The first six teams from each series participate in a play-off for potential promotion to Liga I. Pablo Brandán
Pablo Daniel Brandán (; born 5 March 1983) is an Argentine former footballer and manager. Career Brandán was born in Merlo. He won the 2008–09 Liga I edition with Unirea Urziceni, under the coaching of Dan Petrescu. In the same season he was selected the Liga I left back of the year. In September 2010 he signed a contract with Steaua București before follow teammates from Unirea Urziceni: Galamaz, Ricardo, Marinescu, Apostol and Bilașco who signed one week earlier. He was part of the team which played in the 2009–10 UEFA Champions League group stage. In the 2011–12 Liga I season, Brandán began being used as a central midfielder and central defender, although his main post is on the left flank of the defence. Brandán proved to be a playmaker, giving 3 goal assists in the season and 4 assists in the 2011–12 UEFA Europa League, but did not manage to score his first goal for Steaua.
