Luis Moglia Barth (12 April 1903 - 18 June 1984) was an Argentina, Argentine film director and screenwriter, and one of the influential directors in the Cinema of Argentina of the classic era. ''Riachuelo'' was a battleship project for the Brazilian Navy developed between 1913 and 1914. The Battle of Riachuelo was a large and decisive naval battle of the Paraguayan War between Paraguay and the Empire of Brazil.
