Rhys Magin
Rhys Magin (born 4 March 1989) is an Australian rules football player who was on the rookie list in 2008 and 2009 for the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League. He played junior football primarily in a half-forward flank position however it is noted he can play in both a forward and defensive role. He represented Queensland at the 2007 Under-18 Championships. Prior to round 16 Magin was elevated off the rookie list to replace the injured Jason Winderlich Magin made his AFL debut in round 19 against West Coast Eagles. Magin was delisted at the end of 2009. Magin played with Essendon District Football League (EDFL) side Avondale Heights for the 2010 season with the club's new coach triple premiership player Chris Johnson. Nambour is a rural town and locality in the Sunshine Coast Region, Queensland, Australia. In the , the locality of Nambour had a population of 11,187 people. Chris Johnson (footballer, Born 1976)
Christopher Lloyd Johnson (born 30 May 1976) is a former professional Australian rules footballer. His career highlights as an Australian Football League (AFL) player include three premierships with Brisbane, All-Australian selection, captain of the Australian International Rules team and inclusion in the Indigenous Team of the Century. Johnson was one of eight players to transfer to Brisbane when Fitzroy's AFL operations were taken over by the Brisbane Bears to form the Brisbane Lions and became the last Fitzroy Lion to play in the AFL. After retiring from playing professionally, Johnson started coaching and played and coached Essendon District Football League team Avondale Heights Football Club between 2010 and 2012. Essendon District Football League
The Essendon District Football League (EDFL) is a professional Australian rules football league competition based in Essendon, Victoria, consisting of teams based in the north-west suburbs of Melbourne. Founded in 1930, the men's competition consists of three leagues: Premier Division, Division 1 and Division 2, with 10 clubs in the Premier Division and Division 1 nine in Division 2. Promotion and relegation between these divisions occurs, with the lowest-placed clubs in the Premier Division and Division 1 being relegated at the end of each season. Clubs which win the Division 1 and Division 2 premierships are automatically promoted. Each men's team also fields a reserves side and an under-19 side that play a fixture mirroring that of the senior side. Zillmere Eagles Australian Football Club (formerly Windsor-Zillmere, North Brisbane and Northern Eagles) is an Australian rules football club based in the suburb of Zillmere in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. The team plays in the QAFA Division 4. It reformed the senior side in 2013 and it was undefeated all year in the SEQAFL State Div 4 northern competition. The West Coast Eagles are a professional Australian rules football club based in Perth, Western Australia. The club was founded in 1986 as one of two expansion teams in the Australian Football League (AFL), then known as the Victorian Football League. Jason Winderlich
Jason Winderlich (born 10 October 1984) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). AFL career Originally from Thorpdale, Victoria, he was drafted in the first round of the 2002 AFL Draft from the Gippsland Power in the TAC Cup. In June 2008, after playing 26 games in a season and a half, he underwent back surgery to repair a prolapsed disc, missing the rest of the year. He returned the following season to have one of his best seasons, earning 10 Brownlow Medal votes to be the equal leader for Essendon and finishing fifth in the club's best and fairest award. In round 4, 2011 Winderlich suffered a serious ACL injury which ended his 2011 season.
