Rhun Williams
Rhun Williams (born 5 June 1997) is a retired Welsh rugby union player. He grew up in Llanrug. Rhun played primarily as a fullback for Cardiff Blues, but also could play wing. He was a Wales U20 international. Phil Dollman
Phil Dollman (born 15 May 1985) is a Welsh rugby union player. Dollman was a highly versatile player who could cover multiple positions in the backline, However he was mostly used at Exeter as a centre or fullback. Dollman signed for Exeter Chiefs in May 2009 from Dragons. He started the final and scored a try as Exeter Chiefs defeated Wasps to be crowned champions of the 2016-17 English Premiership. He intends retiring at the conclusion of the 2019–20 season. Llanrug
Llanrug (or Llanfihangel-yn-y-grug) is a medium-sized village and community in Gwynedd, north-west Wales. It lies about to the east of Caernarfon, south of Bangor and northwest of Llanberis. It is the largest populated village in the Arfon area of Gwynedd, Wales. The old name of the village was Llanfihangel-y-Rug, derived from Eglwys Sant Mihangel, which is situated about half a mile west of the village. Wales National Under-20 Rugby Union Team
The Wales national Under 20 rugby team is for Welsh rugby union players aged 20 or under on 1 January of the year during which they are selected. Under 20 age grade rugby came into existence, as a result of the IRB combining the Under 19 Rugby World Championship and Under 21 Rugby World Championship into a single IRB Junior World Championship tournament.
