Reza Parkas
Reza Parkas is an Iranian-born Iranian-German football manager who was lately the manager of the Iranian club Sanat Naft Abadan. Coaching career Parkas is an Iranian born Iranian-German football coach, and has coaching experience in Germany, the UAE, Iran, and Oman. Parkas also worked as a Referee in Germany. He was the head coach of the Brothers Union club. Parkas was named as Istaravshan Istaravshan ( tg, Истаравшан; fa, استروشن; russian: Истаравшан) is a city in Sughd Province in Tajikistan. Khorramshahr
Khorramshahr ( fa, خرمشهر , also romanized as ''Khurramshahr'', ar, المحمرة, romanized as ''Al-Muhammerah'') is a city and capital of Khorramshahr County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 170,976, in 47,380 households. Khorramshahr is an inland port city located approximately north of Abadan. In association football, the referee is the person responsible for interpreting and enforcing the Laws of the Game during a match. The referee is the final decision-making authority on all facts connected with play, and is the match official with the authority to start and stop play and impose disciplinary action against players and coaches during a match.
