Daydream
Daydreaming is the stream of consciousness that detaches from current, external tasks when attention drifts to a more personal and internal direction. This phenomenon is common in people's daily life shown by a large-scale study in which participants spend 47% of their waking time on average on daydreaming. There are various names of this phenomenon including mind wandering, fantasy, spontaneous thoughts, etc. Daydreaming is the term used by Jerome L. Singer whose research laid the foundation for nearly all the subsequent research today. The terminologies assigned by researchers today puts challenges on identifying the common features of daydreaming, and on building collective work among researchers. Nightbook
''Nightbook'' is an album created by Italian composer Ludovico Einaudi and released in 2009. The album saw Einaudi take a new direction with his music as he incorporated synthesized sounds alongside his solo piano playing. A new approach could be seen with tracks such as "Nightbook", and "Lady Labyrinth" where the element of percussion was utilized along the piano, acting as a driving force throughout the song. In Italy the album went Gold with more than 35,000 copies sold. Einaudi describes this album as "A night-time landscape. A garden faintly visible under the dull glow of the night sky. A few stars dotting the darkness above, shadows of the trees all around. Light shining from a window behind me. What I can see is familiar, but it seems alien at the same time. It's like a dream - anything may happen." The title track "Nightbook" was used in the TV advertisement for the Channel 4 drama "Any Human Heart". The track "Lady Labyrinth" is often used as background music in Top Gear ...

A Single Man (album)
''A Single Man'' is the twelfth studio album by English musician Elton John. Released in 1978, it is the first album for which Gary Osborne replaced Bernie Taupin as lyricist. It is also the first of two (the second being '' Victim of Love'') John albums that, on the original cut, have no tracks co-written by Taupin. Production ''A Single Man'' is the first of Elton John's albums to not include work by lyricist Bernie Taupin, and the first since his debut ''Empty Sky'' without producer Gus Dudgeon. The returning members of his band are percussionist Ray Cooper and guitarist Davey Johnstone; the latter played on only one song on the album. Paul Buckmaster would not appear on another Elton John album until '' Made in England''. Unlike previous compositions in which lyrics came first, John started writing melodies at a piano, and an album unintentionally came about from this. This is also John's first album on which he sings in a lower register. "Song for Guy" was written as ...

Nevaeh (album)
''Nevaeh'' is the only album by Design the Skyline. It was released on August 16, 2011 through Victory Records. Background The band had ideas to start work on a debut album after changing their name from Extra Large Kids to Design the Skyline. Initially the members set plans to release a full-length titled, ''Synthetic Cities'' which even had its own artwork completed along with many of its songs recorded and planned but were never fully finished or mastered. The project was abandoned. The reason for this was due to the band aspiring to pursue a completely different and more "mature" sound than what they had originally interpreted after their signing to Victory in May. ''Nevaeh'' was then written and recorded by the course of May through July 2011. The album spawned two singles; "Break Free from Your Life" and "Cybernetic Strawflower" before its release. Sound and musical structure The band has cited The Doors and Led Zeppelin as some of the influences for the album's musical s ...
