Revaz Mikheilis dze Dzodzuashvili ( ka, რევაზ მიხეილის ძე ძოძუაშვილი; born 15 April 1945) is a Georgian football manager and a former player. He coaches FC Dinamo Sukhumi. He earned 49 caps for the USSR national football team, and participated in the 1970 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 1972. After the UEFA Euro 1972 along with his teammates by Soviet Union national football team – Murtaz Khurtsilava and Evgeni Rudakov – he was named by UEFA in the official Team of the Tournament, where also were presented such great players like Franz Beckenbauer, Gerd Müller, Paul Breitner, Uli Hoeness and Günter Netzer. Revaz Gabashvili ( ka, რევაზ გაბაშვილი; November 6, 1882 – 1969) was a Georgian politician and writer involved in the independence movement and revolutionary journalism in the early 20th century. Gabashvili was born of a noble family in Tiflis (Tbilisi). His mother was the popular writer Ekaterine Gabashvili. He abandoned his studies at the Montefiore Institute in Liège, Belgium, in 1905 to return to Georgia and take part in the revolution against the Russian rule. Briefly fleeing police persecution to Paris, he returned in 1907 and enrolled in the University of St. Petersburg, from where he was excluded on charges of being involved in students’ disorders in 1910. Revaz Chomakhidze (born December 15, 1973) is a Georgian water polo player who played on the silver medal squad at the 2000 Summer Olympics and the bronze medal squad at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Career The well-built player started his water polo career in Tbilisi, Georgia (former Soviet Union) at the sportclub "Dinamo", where he was active between the years 1987-1993. His first coach was Vladimir Kutataladze. After studying at the Tbilisi State University of Georgia he joined the diplomatic Academy. Although he got a diploma "Master Sporta" Waterpolo (2002). Soon the talented player got his first engagement abroad in Italy: first he played by "Rari Nantes Florentia" 1993-1997.
