Reon Moore
Reon Moore (born 22 September 1996) is a Trinidadian footballer who plays as a forward for Defence Force and the Trinidad and Tobago national team. Early life Moore was born in Sangre Grande, Trinidad and Tobago. Career Club In August 2022 Moore joined Guatemalan side Municipal. In 2023, Moore joined Defence Force ahead of the 2023 TT Premier Football League season. International On 23 March 2018, Moore made his debut for Trinidad and Tobago in an unofficial friendly against Guadeloupe. He made his official debut on 17 April 2018 in a friendly against Panama. On 2 July 2021, Moore made his competitive debut for Trinidad in 2021 Gold Cup qualifying as a substitute against Montserrat, scoring two goals in a 6–1 win. Sangre Grande
Sangre Grande is the largest town in northeastern Trinidad and Tobago. It is located east of Arima and southwest of the village of Toco. It is the seat of the Sangre Grande Regional Corporation and capital of the region. Overview and history The name ''Sangre Grande'' means "big blood", and it has been suggested that the town was named for a battle that took place between the native Amerindians and the Spanish settlers. However, this interpretation is not supported by historical records. The true origin of the name refers to when, in the late 1770s, Spanish surveyors who were charting the island for the purposes of creating a map, found that the waters of two of the tributaries of the nearby Oropouche River were red as blood, hence the name. The Barbados national football team, nicknamed ''Bajan Tridents'', is the national association football team of Barbados and is controlled by the Barbados Football Association. It has never qualified for a major international tournament. The 2023–24 CONCACAF Nations League is the third season of the CONCACAF Nations League, an international association football competition involving the men's national teams of the 41 member associations of CONCACAF.
