"Renee" is a song by rap group Lost Boyz from their first studio album ''Legal Drug Money'' and the ''Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood'' soundtrack. It samples the Janet Jackson song "Funny How Time Flies (When You're Having Fun)". It was the Lost Boyz' most successful single, reaching number 33 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 (their only one to reach to top 40) and earning a gold certification from the RIAA for sales of 500,000 copies. Lost Boyz are an American hip hop group from Queens, New York, consisting of MC Mr. Cheeks, Freaky Tah, and K Chrys. Originally in the early 90's LB consisted of Mr. Cheeks, Freaky Tah, Spigg Nice, and Pretty Lou. Member K Chrys or “Kacey Chrysler” has been in ongoing social media controversy dating back to 2018. Dozens of women have come forward claiming that Chrysler had been predatory while providing screenshots of him soliciting nude photos from them. Chrysler’s tactic appears to be privately messaging women with the simple sentence “R U signed?” or the champagne glass emoji. Chrysler proceeds to tell the unsuspecting young women that they should be signed and work with him. He then tells them in order to get them bookings, they must send over nude photos of themselves.
