GetThru, formerly Relay, is an American company that provides a peer-to-peer political text messaging platform. Daniel Souweine is a cofounder and CEO. He was the National Texting Program director for Bernie Sanders's 2016 campaign and has a B.A. in political science from Brown University. Other political P2P texting platforms include Hustle on the Democratic side and RumbleUp and Opn Sesame on the Republican side. History Relay Relay was created by 2016 Sanders campaign alumni and has been used by left-leaning campaigns and organizations such as ACLU and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Hustle is an American company that provides a peer-to-peer text messaging platform for areas such as politics, higher education, and non-profits. The platform initiates personal conversation between organizations and their targeted supporters or clients. Hustle was founded in December 2014, by Perry Rosenstein, Roddy Lindsay, and Tyler Brock. Product Organizers use the product to assign imported contacts to agents and compose message scripts. Agents deliver messages by repeatedly pressing "Send" from their personal phone. The platform initiates personal conversation between the staff, supporters or designated representatives of organizations and their targeted supporters or clients. It was founded in December 2017 by Thomas Peters. Product RumbleUp assigns imported contacts to volunteers or authorized agents and composes message scripts.
