Reinaldo Oliver Martínez (28 March 1932 in Ponce, Puerto Rico – 19 January 2015 in San Juan, Puerto Rico) was a Puerto Rican former javelin thrower and decathlete who competed in the 1952 Summer Olympics and in the 1956 Summer Olympics. He won the bronze medal in the javelin at the 1955 Pan American Games The 1955 Pan American Games opened on March 12, 1955, in the University Stadium (now Olympic Stadium) in Mexico City, Mexico, in front of a capacity crowd of 100,000 spectators.
