Reidun Gravdahl
Reidun Gravdahl, née Engen (born 12 January 1948 in Østre Toten) is a profiled Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. Outside politics she worked at Raufoss Ammunisjonsfabrikker from 1978, and became involved in the trade union there. She joined the Labour Party and was eventually elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Oppland Oppland is a former county in Norway which existed from 1781 until its dissolution on 1 January 2020. Raufoss Ammunisjonsfabrikker was a Norwegian company based at Raufoss, established in 1896 as ''Rødfoss Patronfabrik''. Initially the company manufactured ammunition, and later also other products, such as aluminium parts to the automotive industry. Until 1948 the company was a subordinate to the Norwegian Ministry of Defence. In the 1990s the automobile division was split off as ''Raufoss Automotive'' and eventually taken over by Norsk Hydro. Storting
The Storting ( no, Stortinget ) (lit. the Great Thing) is the supreme legislature of Norway, established in 1814 by the Constitution of Norway. It is located in Oslo. The unicameral parliament has 169 members and is elected every four years based on party-list proportional representation in nineteen multi-seat constituencies. Country-wide local elections for seats in municipality and county councils were held throughout Norway on 10 September 2007, with some areas polling on 9 September as well.
