Regina Bruins (born 7 October 1986, in Leiderdorp) is a Dutch professional racing cyclist. She announced a hiatus from cycling following diagnosis with pulmonary embolism in 2012, but late in 2013 announced she would return with the second-category team in 2014. The Women's time trial of the 2009 Dutch National Time Trial Championships cycling event took place on 27 August 2009 in and around Zaltbommel, Netherlands. Leiderdorp () is a town and municipality in the western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland near the city of Leiden. It had a population of in .
