Reg Reagan is a fictional character created by Australian rugby league player, Matthew Johns. His signature outfit is a false Horseshoe Moustache, A pillow stuffed in his singlet to resemble a beer gut and a shirt displaying his catchphrase "Bring back the biff" Referring to a semi satirical desire for fights in the sport. In 2004, Reagan, released "Am I Ever Gonna See the Biff Again?" a song to the tune of the Angels' 1977 hit " Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again?". Matthew Johns
Matthew James Johns (born 27 July 1971) is an Australian rugby league media personality, commentator and former professional player. An Australian international and New South Wales State of Origin representative , Johns played his club football primarily with the Newcastle Knights, alongside his younger brother, Andrew. Since March 2011, Johns has been a co-host on the Triple M Sydney breakfast show called The Grill Team with Mark Geyer. Since 2012, Johns has been a part of the Fox Sports NRL coverage. He had his own show on Channel 7 for one season in 2010, ''The Matty Johns Show'' and since 2013 has hosted a rugby league analysis and light entertainment show on Foxtel airing two nights each week. A horseshoe moustache, also known as a biker moustache, is a full moustache with vertical extensions grown on the corners of the lips and down the sides of the mouth to the jawline, resembling an upside-down U or a horseshoe. The whiskers grown along the sides of the mouth in the horseshoe are sometimes referred to as "pipes". "Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again" is an Australian rock song written by Doc Neeson, John Brewster and Rick Brewster, and performed by their group, the Angels. Note: For additional information user may have to select 'Search again' and then 'Enter a title:' or 'Performer:' The song was initially recorded as a ballad in March 1976 but subsequently re-released as a rock song.
