Reena is an Indian actress best known for her work in Malayalam cinema. She was one of the lead actress during the late 1970s. She has acted in more than 100 film along with several popular television series in Malayalam and Tamil languages. She has also acted in few Tamil and Telugu movies as well. Personal life Reena was born to Peter Reskyuna and Jessy in 1958 at Edappilly, Kochi. Her father was from Mangalore and mother was from Kochi, Kerala. She has a brother, Ivan. She did her primary schooling in Mangalore. She pursued bachelor's degree from Madras Presentation College, Perumbavoor. She remains unmarried. She resides at Chennai with family. Murder Of Reena Virk
Reena Virk (March 10, 1983 – November 14, 1997) was a resident of Saanich, British Columbia, Canada. Her status as a bullied murder victim attracted substantial media scrutiny in Canada. Virk was beaten and killed by a group of teenagers, one of whom was given a life sentence after being convicted of second-degree murder. Another was tried three times for the crime. The verdict of her third trial, a conviction, was set aside. The verdict was appealed to the Supreme Court of Canada which ruled not to hold a fourth trial in an 8–1 decision, upholding the conviction and sentence.
