Redlands–University station is a terminal station on the Arrow rail service that serves the University of Redlands. The station was built as part of the Arrow service and opened on October 24, 2022. History It is located alongside East Park Avenue at its intersection with North University Street on the southwest corner of the University of Redlands campus. Station construction was largely completed in 2021, and opened for revenue service with the system on October 24, 2022. The station has 100 park and ride spaces available for customers. Redlands ( ) is a city in San Bernardino County, California, United States. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 73,168, up from 68,747 at the 2010 census. The city is located approximately west of Palm Springs and east of Los Angeles. History The area now occupied by Redlands was originally part of the territory of the Morongo and Aguas Calientes tribes of Cahuilla people. The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) is the successor to San Bernardino Associated Governments which is responsible for administering the Measure I half-cent tax which San Bernardino County voters passed most recently in 2004.
