Redlands Classic
The Redlands Bicycle Classic is a cycling stage race located in Redlands, California Redlands ( ) is a city in San Bernardino County, California, United States. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 73,168, up from 68,747 at the 2010 census. The city is located approximately west of Palm Springs and east of Lo ..., United States that has been held since 1985. It consists of three road races, an individual time trial and a criterium. It is a 5-day/5-stage race that covers approximately 350 miles. The annual event is sponsored by the city of Redlands. Men and women compete in separate categories and the field is limited to 200 entrants. 2014 is the first year that Redlands has hosted a 5th stage (and 5th day) of competition with a new circuit race added to the start of the classic stage race. BMC Racing Team
CCC Pro Team () was a UCI WorldTeam co-owned and managed by American cyclist Jim Ochowicz, who founded the 7-Eleven Cycling Team. After its last title sponsor, CCC, a Polish shoe retailer, pulled out due to financial difficulties resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, Ochowicz was unable to find another major sponsor, so the team disbanded at the end of the 2020 season. In its place, Belgian UCI ProTeam took over the team's license and was promoted to a UCI WorldTeam. Ownership The team was owned by Swiss businessman Andy Rihs until his death. Silber Pro Cycling Team was a Canadian UCI Continental cycling team established in 2013. The team began at the club-level as Team Medique (2012) and Team Medique p/b Silber Investments (2013), before gaining a UCI Continental license from 2014-2018 as Silber Pro Cycling. The General Direction was overseen bScott Toguri McFarlane a Montreal-based cycling coach and owner oToguri Training The Team Management and logistic was overseen by Claudine Gilbert. Gord Fraser was hired on a part-time basis in 2014 before becoming the full-time Sports Director from 2015-2018.
