Red Shadow (comics)
The following is a list of fictional government agencies, comic book organizations that have been published by DC Comics and their imprints. A Agency The Agency was formed by Amanda Waller to serve as a small, quasi-independent branch of Task Force X. It performed global operations which were vital to the security of American interests. Valentina Vostok brought former NYPD Lieutenant Harry Stein into the Agency as an operative. Adrian Chase (the Vigilante) and Christopher Smith (Peacemaker) were contract operatives for the Agency. Suicide Squad
The Suicide Squad is an antihero/supervillain team appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The first version of the Suicide Squad debuted in ''The Brave and the Bold'' #25 (September 1959) and the second and modern version, created by John Ostrander, debuted in '' Legends'' #3 (January 1987). Various incarnations of the Suicide Squad have existed throughout the years as depicted in several self-titled comic book series, from its origins in the Silver Age to its modern-day Post-''Crisis'' reimagining, to the current version that was introduced in 2016. Empress (comics)
Empress (real name Anita Fite) is a fictional character, a superheroine in the DC Comics universe. She first appeared in ''Young Justice'' #16 (January 2000). Empress was created by Peter David and Todd Nauck. Fictional character biography Anita Fite is the daughter of Donald Fite, of the All Purpose Enforcement Squad, one of the Young Justice team's early enemies. She grew up learning Haitian Vodou from her mother and grandmother. Her mother was killed when she was young by the villain Agua Sin Gaaz. Empress first appears in ''Young Justice'' #16, where she saves Wonder Girl from dying of a poisonous snakebite. Shortly afterward, during Young Justice's visit to the Olympics to support their former teammate, Cissie King-Jones (Arrowette), she meets the team out of costume. James Gordon (character)
James W. "Jim" Gordon, Sr. is a fictional Character (arts), character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, most commonly in association with the superhero Batman. Created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane as an ally of Batman, the character debuted in the first panel of ''Detective Comics'' #27 (May 1939), Batman's first appearance, making him the first List of Batman supporting characters, Batman supporting character ever to be introduced, eventually succeeding him as Batman from 2015 to 2016. As the police commissioner of Gotham City, Gordon shares Batman's deep commitment to ridding the city of crime. The character is typically portrayed as having full trust in Batman and is even somewhat dependent on him.
