Red Bull Brasil is a professional association football club based in Bragança Paulista, São Paulo, Brazil. The team currently plays in the Campeonato Paulista Série A3, the third tier of the São Paulo state football league. As it is also Red Bull Bragantino's reserve team, it plays in the Campeonato Brasileiro de Aspirantes under the Red Bull Bragantino name. Founded on 19 November 2007, the club is owned by Red Bull GmbH. Due to the failure of the plan to reach the Série A, Red Bull made a partnership with Clube Atlético Bragantino. However, Red Bull Brasil remains active, functioning as a development team for the Bragança Paulista side. The Copa Paulista de Futebol, formerly known as Copa FPF, also sometimes called Copa Federação Paulista de Futebol or, in English, São Paulo State Cup, is a tournament organized by Federação Paulista de Futebol Company every second half of the season. The 2016 Copa do Brasil (officially the Copa Continental Pneus do Brasil 2016 for sponsorship reasons) was the 28th edition of the Copa do Brasil football competition.
