Rece Buckmaster (born July 7, 1996) is an American soccer player who plays for Hartford Athletic in the USL Championship. Career Youth and college Buckmaster attended Canterbury High School. Buckmaster played four years of college soccer at Indiana University between 2015 and 2018, making 82 appearances, scoring 5 goals and tallying 12 assists. While at college, Buc appeared for USL Premier Development League side Chicago FC United in 2016. Professional On January 11, 2019, Buckmaster was selected 32nd overall in the 2019 MLS SuperDraft by New York Red Bulls. On March 5, 2019, Buckmaster signed for the Red Bulls' USL Championship affiliate side New York Red Bulls II. Auburn is a city in DeKalb County, Indiana, United States. The population was 13,820 at the 2020 census. Founded in 1836 by Wesley Park (1811–1868), the city is the county seat of DeKalb County. Sporting Kansas City II is a MLS Next Pro club affiliated with Sporting Kansas City of Major League Soccer. For the 2022 season they will play their home games at Rock Chalk Park at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, as well as Swope Soccer Village in Kansas City, Missouri. The 2019 MLS SuperDraft was the twentieth SuperDraft conducted by Major League Soccer. The SuperDraft is typically held in conjunction with the annual January United Soccer Coaches convention, which in 2019 was held in Chicago, Illinois. The first two rounds of the 2019 SuperDraft were held on January 11, 2019. Rounds three and four were held via conference call on January 14, 2019.
